During periods of high demand, overflow patient scheduling calls can be routed to the Call Center for completion.

Nurse Triage

Appropriately-licensed nursing staff are available to triage patient calls for advice or refer to care  – either emergency or standard office visit.

Post Triage Paging

In cases where patient triage calls result in a need for immediate referral for care, the call center can route pages to the appropriate provider.

Medication Refill & Test Results

The call center can capture information on patient refill or test result queries and get them to the appropriate person for quick response.

Medication Refill Paging

Call center staff can refer medication requests that require physician approval directly to a designated phone line for immediate action.
